Lunar Sadhana: Yoga for the Feminine
Experience yoga through the lens of the feminine. Embody a practice that connects with our intuitive and cyclical nature.
Many of today’s modern yoga practices have been designed by men, for men; however more than 78% of yoga practitioners are females, and so it makes sense for us as women to explore ways in which we can use yoga to support us as we move through the seasons of our lives.
This yoga teacher training course explores a fresh, modern perspective on yoga for the feminine; inspired through my own felt sense of many years of practice and later through research and study of yoga as a form of self-care for women.
Connect with yogic principles such as ahimsa (non-harming), metta (loving-kindness), and svadhyaya (self-study).
