Pregnancy Yoga Series ~ 5 Weeks
Our 5 week series of pregnancy yoga classes build confidence with valuable insight to prepare your mind, your body and your baby for labour, birth + the transition into motherhood.
You and your baby are supported by Senior Prenatal Teacher + Trainer Sara who caters to all trimesters; whether you are an absolute beginner or an experienced practitioner, our specialty yoga classes can be joined anytime during your pregnancy.
Series often book full, so early booking is recommended.

Yoga for Active Birth Workshop
Our Yoga for Birth workshop prepares the birthing person and their partner to plan and prepare for labour by learning skills to manage pain through movement and massage equipping you with knowledge and information for an empowering childbirth experience - regardless of how your baby is born.
Includes a comprehensive take-home reference booklet. Approximately 4 Hours.
In-person workshops are held bi-monthly in our studio or as a pre-recorded online course.

Mum + Baby Yoga ~ 4 Week Series
With so much focus on the new baby, our mum + baby yoga classes combine therapeutic postnatal postures with mindful movement, providing a much-needed space for mum breath, move, strengthen & connect in the company of other new mums alongside their baby.
Mum and baby classes include baby massage and playtime with specially selected postures safe for a new mum’s postpartum body.
Suited for babies until they start to crawl and mums from 6 weeks onwards.

Yoga for an Active + Empowering Birth
Active Birth makes use of a woman's natural physiological instinct to move freely through labour and birth.
Yoga for Active Birth is an interactive birth education class applying yoga postures, movement and breathing techniques for labour and birth; the birth partner learns practical ways to assist by holding space, utilising massage and advocating on behalf of the mother.
Your Body is Designed for Birth
Birth is not something that we passively partake in - it requires us to be fully ACTIVE - in mind, in body and in spirit!
Yogic practices provide insight and awareness of how to move through your labour feeling confident, calm and empowered.
Yoga for Birth gives you tools to manage pain and stay centred during contractions.
Birth is not only about making babies. Birth is about making mothers.
