  • Our beginner’s yoga classes are designed to gradually progress from week to week so that students establish a deeper awareness of their bodies. Props are integrated into class so that students discover how to modify postures to suit themselves. In addition to postures, expect mindful breath work and guided relaxation. 60 minutes.

  • Find your own flow in this fluid movement class, where students are encouraged to use props within the flow to move more deeply into their body.

    From flow we move to slow, resting into longer restorative yoga.

    Small class sizes allow for personalised guidance while building consistency and sustainability within your practice over time.

  • Our mums and bubs yoga classes are a gentle, therapeutic approach to yoga for new mothers. The focus is on targeted postures to regain strength and awareness for new mums plus the opportunity to play, breathe and bond with baby in the company of other mums. Beginners Welcome. 60 minutes

  • We have been at the forefront of prenatal yoga in Perth since 2010. Our prenatal yoga is empowering and intuitive approach to yoga for pregnancy; the focus is on postures that build strength and encourage space, especially in the muscles that need it most - not just for birth but to be able to carry your belly better and relieve any pain the hips or in the back. All Trimesters Welcome. 75 minutes.

  • These workshop-style classes are suited for students returning to practice after a break, or practitioners seeking more postural guidance - yoga teachers and trainees will also gain greater insight from this series.

  • Our specialty women’s class is designed to nurture and support women from all walks of life; connecting to our fluid + feminine nature through gentle movement and deep rest. Women’s Wellness incorporates postures to promote balance and well-being along with breathwork and long supported holds using lots of props. Beginners Welcome. 60 minutes.

  • Our Yin Yoga classes are a calming style of yoga. Poses are held for longer periods of time with a focus on floor-based postures. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons and fascia) to help improve flexibility and create the feeling of space and freedom in your body. You will leave feeling amazing! These classes are suitable for all levels of students, and are a perfect compliment to ‘yang’ Vinyasa Flow Classes. 60 minutes.

  • Have you always wanted to meditate and thought it was just too hard?

    Meditation is an integral part of yoga; providing a space for contemplation and stillness away from the busyness of our daily lives. Breath + Meditation practice can be practiced alongside a yoga practice or often times completely on it's own.

    Learn the basics of pranayama (breathwork) as a doorway to meditation practice on your own terms. 45 minutes.
